Conference Registration Fees
Registration fee per person for two-day conference is as follows:
International participant: $600
International participant (Student) : $400
Local participant : $450
Local participant (Student) : $350
Registration fee will include admission to all sessions and exhibition, refreshments and a copy of conference proceedings for the day 3. Cancellations will not be refunded but substitutions of participants are welcome.
Workshop Registration Fees
For participants interested in attending the pre conference workshop on "Open Source Hands-on GIS for Disaster Management using QGIS and GRASS": $250
One Day Interest Tour
Niagara Falls / Toronto: $100
Participants are requested to fill up the registration form and attach the payment receipt, please.
Note: If you are a student, If you are a student, you are advised to present a copy of your ID student card or a letter from your institution at the time of attendance.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds
Fees for missed breaks, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded. Fees will be refunded, less a $20.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than September 01, 2013. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
